The hanging of Nirbhaya culprits can be postponed once. Now to avoid the death penalty, Akshay Kumar, convicted of gang rape, has approached the Supreme Court. The guilty Akshay has filed a curative petition in the Supreme Court against the death penalty. And this petition will be heard in the Supreme Court today. A bench of five judges in the Supreme Court, which Justice NV Ramana will hear on the curative petition of convict Akshay Thakur. This hearing will be held at one o'clock.

निर्भया के गुनहगारों की फांसी एक बार टल सकती है. अब फांसी की सजा से बचने के लिए निर्भया गैंगरेप के दोषी अक्षय कुमार ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाया है. दोषी अक्षय ने फांसी की सजा के खिलाफ सुप्रीम कोर्ट में क्यूरेटिव पिटिशन दायर की है. और इस याचिका पर आज सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सुनवाई होगी. सुप्रीम कोर्ट में पांच जजों की बेंच जिसे न्‍यायमूर्ति एनवी रमणा दोषी अक्षय ठाकुर की क्‍यूरेटिव पिटिशन पर सुनवाई करेगी. ये सुनवाई एक बजे होगी.
