On the occasion of the 71st Republic Day, Minister Bima Bharati said that the Constitution of the country came into force in 1985. Once stuck, he said that the Constitution came into force in 1955 in the country. Bima Bharti is the sugarcane minister in the Bihar government. He is also the minister in charge of Samastipur district.

71वें गणतंत्र दिवस के मौके पर बिहार सरकार में मंत्री बीमा भारती ने कहा कि देश का संविधान 1985 में लागू हुआ. एक बार अटकने के बाद उन्होंने कहा कि देश में संविधान 1955 में लागू हुआ. बीमा भारती बिहार सरकार में गन्ना मंत्री हैं. वे समस्तीपुर जिले की प्रभारी मंत्री भी हैं.
