These neighbours have built an outside deck that is directly opposite this Toronto resident's bedroom in a bizarre construction effort.
Filmed on January 15, the footage shows two chairs on the decking that is directly opposite - and looking into - the bedroom of the filmer's house.
The filmer told Newsflare: "From what I can see from my window, there is a back deck below in construction, so they may be eventually joining the two, perhaps complying with fire safety codes.
"But there hasn’t been a permit application to the city made from the address for any of the work thus far."
