A clumsy dog was rescued after getting her head stuck in the wall of a Buddhist temple in Chonburi, eastern Thailand.
The resident monks found the poor dog yelping on Tuesday (January 14) evening. They believe the stray mother dog had been looking for food to take back to her seven puppies.
Rescue workers took more than thirty minutes to help the mutt by using demolition equipment to strike the wall and widen the hole.
Rescue volunteer Chawanakorn Khunnawut said that the team rushed to the scene after receiving an emergency call from the temple's Abbot.
He said: "The dog looked weary when we arrived.
"We planned how to help her out of the situation as quickly as possible.
''All seven puppies were waiting for their mother dog, so we were pleased that we could save her and reunite her with her family.''
