When we talk about south Indian food,first thing that comes in our mind is of course Dosa and Idli. Dosa and Idli is most famous dish of south and eaten all over India. Dosa and Idli are incomplete without coconut chutney.Today I am sharing my coconut chutney recipe with everyone in which coconut,curry leaves,coriander,green chilies,ginger and garlic are blended together to give perfect flavor of all spices in every bite..and of course the green color and tadka makes it more tempting...if you like my recipe then please don't forget to like share and subscribe to my channel Chop n Chill..thanks..lets start..
Ingredients for the recipe..
For chutney..
1 cup of chopped fresh coconut
Hand full of green coriander
2 inch piece of ginger
5 to 6 cloves of garlic
5 to 6 curry leaves
2 tbsp of besan sev/ roasted chana without skin
1 tsp of salt or as per taste
2 green chilies
1/4 cup of water or as required
For tadka..
1/2 tsp of hing (Asafoetida)
4 to 5 curry leaves
1/2 tsp of mustard seeds( rai)
1 tbsp of oil
1/2 tsp of kashmiri red chili powder
