Guy Running Red Signal Has to Reverse Car Because of Incoming Traffic

This guy ran a red signal instead of waiting for the incoming traffic from the opposite direction to pass. He immediately had to back up his car as other vehicles were coming towards him on the one-lane highway. As soon as he reached the red signal, a highway patrol car showed up.
