Unbeaten WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder and undefeated lineal heavyweight champion Tyson Fury will fight in a highly anticipated rematch on February 22nd at the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Wilder and Fury have unfinished business. They fought to a thrilling split draw at the Staples Center, 13 months ago. The eagerly awaited second episode will start the year with one of the best matches the boxing world could offer over the past few years.
Outside of the two knockdowns and some questionable judging in their first fight last year, Wilder had no answers for Fury's movement ant technique.
For this rematch, Fury enlisted new trainer Sugar Hill and assistant coach, former world champion Andy Lee in his corner. It is clear that Fury is in a good place physically and mentally at the moment but Wilder appeared cool and confident, stating that he will knock Fury out in the first few rounds.
