Indian Army Chief Manoj Mukund Naravane has said that every evil plot of Pakistan will be given a befitting reply. No plan of Pakistan will be allowed to succeed. Talking to reporters, the Army Chief called Siachen the most important part of India. He assures that the Indian Army is ready to act on PoK, if the parliament allows the army.

भारतीय सेना प्रमुख मनोज मुकुंद नरवणे ने कहा है कि पाकिस्तान की हर नापाक साजिश का मुंहतोड़ जवाब दिया जाएगा। पाकिस्तान के किसी भी मंसूबे को सफल नहीं होने दिया जाएगा। पत्रकारों से बात करते हुए आर्मी चीफ ने सियाचीन को भारत के लिए अहम बताया। जबकि, पीओके पर कहा कि देश की संसद चाहे तो भारतीय सेना पीओके पर कार्रवाई के लिए तैयार है।
