In Kannauj, Uttar Pradesh, on Friday, the truck hit the front in a sleeper bus going from Farrukhabad to Jaipur, causing a huge explosion in the truck and bus with a huge fire. In this accident, 21 people on board the bus were burnt to death. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has mourned the incident and announced a compensation of Rs 2 lakh each for the dead and Rs 50,000 for the injured. Also, he has instructed DM and SP of Kannauj to take all possible steps for the treatment of injured passengers.

उत्तरप्रदेश के के कन्नौज में शुक्रवार को फर्रुखाबाद से जयपुर जा रही स्लीपर बस में ट्रक ने सामने से जोरदार टक्कर मार दी, जिससे ट्रक और बस मे तेज धमाके के साथ भीषण आग लग गई. इस हादसे में बस में सवार 21 लोगों की जलकर मौत हो गई. मुख्‍यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने इस हादसे पर शोक जताया है और मृतकों को 2-2 लाख रुपये और घायलों को 50 हजार रुपये मुआवजा देने का ऐलान एलान किया है. साथ ही उन्‍होंने उन्होंने कन्नौज के डीएम और एसपी को घायल यात्रियों के उपचार के लिए हरसंभव कदम उठाने के निर्देश दिए हैं.
