A horrific road accident occurred in Kannauj, Uttar Pradesh on Friday night. A double decker bus and truck collided on the GT Road Highway here, after which a huge fire broke out in the bus. 20 people died in this accident. At the same time, 21 people are injured. The bus was going to Jaipur from Gursahaiganj in Kannauj. CM Yogi Adityanath has taken quick notice of this incident. He said that all possible help is being provided to the injured. CM Yogi has announced a compensation of Rs 50,000 to the injured and Rs 2 lakh to the families of the dead. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has expressed grief over the accident by tweeting.

उत्तर प्रदेश के कन्नौज में शुक्रवार रात भीषण सड़क हादसा हो गया। यहां के जीटी रोड हाइवे पर डबल डेकर बस और ट्रक में टक्कर हो गई, जिसके बाद बस में भीषण आग लग गई।
