After seven years, the death warrant for hanging Nirbhaya's convicts has been issued. An order has been issued to hang the four convicts of Nirbhaya at 7 am on 22 January. Meerut's executioner will hang Nirbhaya's convicts. The Tihar Jail Administration had written a letter to the Minister of State for Jail in UP, seeking information about the executioners. UP Jail Minister Jai Kumar Singh has given permission to send Pawan jallad to Delhi.

सात साल के बाद निर्भया के दोषियों को फांसी पर लटकाने का डेथ वारंट जारी हो गया है। 22 जनवरी की सुबह सात बजे निर्भया के चारों दोषियों को फांसी पर लटकाने का आदेश जारी किया गया है। निर्भया को मेरठ का पवन जल्लाद फांसी पर लटाकएगा। तिहाड़ जेल प्रशासन ने उत्तरप्रदेश के जेल राज्य मंत्री को पत्र लिखकर जल्लादों की जानकारी मांगी थी। साथ ही मेरठ जेल के जल्लाद पवन की सेवाएं लेने की अनुमति भी मांगी थी। उत्तरप्रदेश के जेल राज्यमंत्री जय कुमार सिंह ने पवन जल्लाद को दिल्ली भेजेने की अनुमति दे दी है।
