Baked Salmon on King Oyster Mushrooms

I baked salmon on a bed of king oyster mushrooms, seasoned with ponzu(ポン酢). The salmon came out moist and citrusy smelling. The king oyster mushrooms outdone itself here by absorbing all the flavours from the salmon and ponzu so it was super delicious!
