A football team in Thailand has left opponents seeing double - with three sets of TWINS in the same side.
The teenagers play in different outfield positions for the under-15s team in Phayao, northern Thailand.
They are Pattarakun and Pattarakong Takhum, aged 15, Sittichai and Sittikorn Kotchaban, also 15, and Yotsapon and Yotsapat Muengsuwan, aged 14.
Head coach Nirun Asawapakdee said they were all picked after a successful trial a couple of seasons ago - and have retained their positions in the starting 11 each week.
But the manager admits that even he has trouble remembering who is who in the Mae Chai Wittayakom FC team.
Speaking yesterday (Jan 5) Nirun said: "I started my job here half a year ago and I could not distinguish each player from their twins.
"However, since they all play in different positions, I gradually started to remember them as individuals by their place on the pitch and their number.
"All of them are good boys, they have been dedicated to playing the game and I am sure they all have bright futures ahead."
The boys said they will keep on working hard and hope that one day they can play for the national team.
Pattarakun said: "I have improved a lot since I first joined the team and I wish to keep improving so that one day I can play a professional football and perhaps win caps for the national team."
