NCRPO Chief Debold Sinas led the District Directors in destroying confiscated illegal firecrackers

Brig. Gen. Debold Sinas, National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) acting regional director, leads in destroying confiscated illegal firecrackers and pyrotechnics on Friday at the Kamuning Police Station 10 in Quezon City, on January 3.

The confiscation is based on Malacañang Memorandum Order 31, directing the police units on the ground and other concerned agencies to strictly implement existing laws, rules and regulations on the sale, manufacture, distribution and use of firecrackers and pyrotechnic devices.
