A giant pipe loaded on a truck hit a car after turning a corner and dragged the vehicle forward several metres on a road in eastern China.

The video, shot in the city of Huzhou in Zhejiang Province on December 29, shows the giant pipe transported on a truck hitting onto a car and dragging it forwards.

Nearby vehicles can be heard honking continuously to try to get the truck driver to notice and the car driver opened door to escape.

The incident was in further investigation, reports said.
