A tire smashed into a car's front windscreen after falling off a truck in southern China.

CCTV video shot in the city of Guangzhou in Guangdong Province on December 20 shows the large tire rolling to the roadside after apparently falling off a truck.

However, the tire bounced back into the middle of the road after striking a pillar before landing onto a car and smashing through its front windscreen.

Remarkably, the car driver had only minor scratches.
