The younger brother of an NFL star has been stabbed to death outside a pub.
Clayton Beathard, 22, died of multiple injuries in the attack, said to have happened after an argument in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Another man, 21-year-old Paul Trapeni III, was also killed in the altercation outside Dogwood Bar in Nashville, Tennessee.
Police have launched a manhunt to find the killer.
They say there were several witnesses to the horror and have released CCTV of people they hope to talk to in the wake of the tragedy.
The stabbings "appear to have resulted from an argument over a woman that began inside Dogwood Bar and then turned physical when the parties went outside," officers added.
Multiple people were involved in the initial row, it is thought, and a third young man was also stabbed.
The 21-year-old man suffered wounds to his eye and arm and remains in hospital.
Clayton is the brother of C.J. Beathard, who plays as quarter back for the San Francisco 49ers.
The Beathard family released a statement expressing their distress.
"It’s times like this I wish had Instagram and social media because the love and prayers have been so overwhelming. We cannot possibly thank you at the rate they come in texts and phone calls," the statement said.

C.J. Beathard, 26, missed San Francisco 49ers' game on Saturday as he was with family.
His head coach Kyle Shanahan was filmed addressing his team with a heartfelt speech in which he urged them to "win for Beathard".
They did just that and overcame the Los Angeles Rams 34-31 at the Levi's Stadium.
