Darbhanga/ Patna/ Vaishali (Bihar), Dec 21: Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) on December 21 called state-wide 'Bandh'. Party supporters blocked highways. The new citizenship law will give Indian citizenship to non-Muslim refugees who faced persecution in three neighbouring countries- Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan.
