Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad said that India’s controversial speaker Dr Zakir Naik, who attended the Kuala Lumpur Summit on Dec 19, had been told not to provoke racial sentiments.

Dr Mahathir added that the racial topic is a sensitive issue and should not be provoked or antagonised in a multiracial and multicultural country like Malaysia.
