BJP has shared the video of former PM Manmohan Singh's statement in the Rajya Sabha in 2003 on Twitter. In the video, Manmohan Singh is seen advocating to help refugees who have been victims of violence on religious grounds in Bangladesh.

नागरिकता कानून के विरोध में देशभर में प्रदर्शन तेज हो गया है। इसी बीच कांग्रेस को घेरने के लिए बीजेपी ने सोशल मीडिया का सहारा लिया है। बीजेपी ने पूर्व पीएम मनमोहन सिंह के 2003 में राज्यसभा में दिए बयान का वीडियो ट्विटर पर शेयर किया है। वीडियो में मनमोहन सिंह बांग्लादेश में धार्मिक आधार पर हिंसा का शिकार हुए शरणार्थियों को मदद देने की हिमायत करते दिख रहे हैं।
