It’s that time of the year once again, when the players go under the hammer and the Indian Premier League (IPL) teams enter a bidding war to find the best combination. A total of 338 players will go under the hammer including 143 foreign players and three cricketers from Associate nations. Initially, 971 players were registered for the auction but was pruned to 332 after the eight IPL franchises submitted their final list of interest. All eight teams combined have only 73 slots to be filled.

इंडियन प्रीमियर लीग के 13वें संस्करण के लिये कोलकाता में आज (गुरुवार) सभी टीमें खिलाड़ियों की नीलामी के लिये एकत्रित हो रही हैं. 73 खिलाड़ियों के लिये 332 खिलाड़ी अपनी किस्मत आजमा रहे हैं. आईपीएल की यह नीलामी कोलकाता में शाम 3:30 बजे से होगी, जहां सभी 8 टीमों का मैनेजमेंट फ्रैंचाइजी मालिक के साथ खिलाड़ियों के नाम पर मुहर लगायेंगे. आईपीएल में आज 73 जगहों के लिये नीलामी होगी जिसमें से 12 खिलाड़ियों की जगह आरसीबी की टीम, 11 जगह दिल्ली कैपिटल्स की टीम में, 5 जगह चेन्नई सुपर किंग्स की टीम में, 9 जगह किंग्स इलेवन पंजाब की टीम में, 11 जगह कोलकाता नाइट राईडर्स की टीम में, 11 खिलाड़ी राजस्थान रॉयल्स की टीम में, 7 खिलाड़ी मुंबई इंडियंस की टीम में और 7 खिलाड़ी सनराइजर्स हैदराबाद की टीम में लिये जाने हैं.
