Ingredients:
3-4 tbsp Oil
2 Bay Leaves
1 tsp Fenugreek Leaves
For Onion Paste (1 Cup)
1 Onion
2 Green chillies
1 Inch Ginger
3-4 Cloves Garlic
2 Tomatoes (Grated)
3 tbsp Coconut paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp coriander seed powder
1 tsp Biryani Masala Powder
1/2 ltr Water
Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
Salt

Method :
1. Take oil in a wok, add bay leaves, fenugreek leaves, onion paste and saute it.
2. Now put tomato into it and saute till the oil separates.
3. Also add some coconut paste till the oil separate.
4. Add into it turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander seed powder & biryani masala powder and saute it.
5. Finally add water, salt and coriander leaves and let the curry boil properly.
6. Once the curry is boiled well, turn off the flame and serve the delicious & hot biryani gravy.
