- 100g Urad Dal (With Skin)
- 250g Bathua
- 1 Tomato
- 4-5 Green Chillies
- 1 Inch Grated Ginger
- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric
- 1 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 2 Cups Water
- 2 Tbsp Ghee
- 1 Tbsp Onion
- 1 Tbsp Garlic
- 3-4 Dry Red Chillies
- 1/4 Tsp Hing
