Bajra Rotla is very nutritious roti which is specially prepared during winter as it helps to provide nutrients and warmness in budy. This Bajra Rotla can be served with Garlic Chutney that is Lahsun Chutney or daal or sabji or green chutney.

For Preparing Chutney:

- 1/2 cup Boondi
- 3 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Raw Mango Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
- 1 tsp Black Salt
- Salt
For Preparing Rotla:
- 1 cup Pearl Millet Flour
- Salt
- 1 tsp Ghee
