A New York City bar owner has been sent suspicious white powder in the mail on Monday (December 9), prompting an investigation by NYPD's hazardous materials investigation unit.
The suspicious envelope arrived at Nowhere Bar at 322 E. 14th St. about 1:30 p.m. Monday, according to an NYPD spokesperson.
Police said one person was exposed to the substance but did not appear to have been hurt.
