Bharatiya Janata Party’s MP, Manoj Tiwari announced compensation of Rupees 5 lakhs each to families who have lost their lives in fire incident at Old Delhi’s Anaj Mandi. “It's a sad incident. As per initial information, a fire broke out due to short circuit. BJP will provide financial assistance of Rs 5 lakhs each to families of those who have lost their lives and Rs 25,000 to injured,” said Manoj Tiwari. A massive fire that broke out at a factory on Dec 08 claimed at least 43 lives and more than 50 people have been rescued and were admitted to a nearby hospital.
