After the encounter of the Hyderabad accused, justice is being sought for the Nirbhaya case on 16 December 2012 in Delhi. On the other hand, in the Nirbhaya case, the mercy petition of the accused has been sent by the Home Ministry to President Ram Nath Kovind. It has been recommended to dismiss it.Now if President Ramnath Kovind rejects the mercy petition, then the culprits will be punished. If this happens, the convicts of Nirbhaya can be hanged in Tihar.

हैदराबाद आरोपियों के एनकाउंटर के बाद 16 दिसंबर 2012 को दिल्ली में हुए निर्भया केस के लिए न्याय की गुहार लगाई जा रही है. दूसरी ओर निर्भया कांड में आरोपियों की दया याचिका को गृह मंत्रालय ने राष्ट्रपति रामनाथ कोविंद के पास भेज दिया है. इसे खारिज करने की सिफारिश की गई है. गृह मंत्रालय ने राष्ट्रपति को दया याचिका भेज दी है. अब अगर राष्ट्रपति रामनाथ कोविंद दया याचिका को खारिज करते हैं तो दोषियों को सजा दी जाएगी. ऐसा हुआ तो तिहाड़ में निर्भया के दोषियों को फांसी दी जा सकती है.
