Tourists flocked to a mountain in northern Thailand to take in the view of a sea of mist and frozen hillsides as winter sets in.
The breathtaking scene was captured in Chiang Mai, northern Thailand on Wednesday (December 3) morning.
Temperatures dropped to 6C at the hilltop and caused a cool sea of mist to roll in, covering the city below.
National park chief Kritsiam Kongstri said that besides the sea of mist, tourists had also been fascinated by the frozen leaves.
He said: "Frozen leaves are a strange scene, which only happens for a short period every year when the temperatures fall.''
