In a clearing operation after Typhoon Tisoy left a trail of destruction across Bicol, Legazpi City Mayor Noel Rosal said that the city has no recorded casualty.

Rosal added that their team has yet to assess the condition of the electric power supply in the area and aims to restore Legazpi airport that was heavily damaged. #TisoyPH
