Debt ridden Dewan Hosing Finance Corporation (DHFL) will be the first company to face bankruptcy proceedings under the insolvency code. This as the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has admitted Reserve Bank of India’s (RBI) petition to initiate insolvency proceedings against the company.
