हैदराबाद गैंगरेप की गूंज सोमवार को संसद में भी सुनाई दी. समाजवादी पार्टी से राज्यसभा सदस्य जया बच्चन ने कहा कि चाहे निर्भया हो या कठुआ, सरकार को उचित जवाब देना चाहिए. जिन लोगों ने ऐसा किया, उनकी सार्वजनिक तौर पर लिंचिंग करनी चाहिए.
