Umno secretary-general Tan Sri Annuar Musa told reporters on Tuesday that there were two possibilities regarding to a meeting between a group of Umno MPs and Economic Affairs Minister Datuk Seri Azmin Ali at the minister's home recently.

Annuar said that either Azmin or Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad might have lied about the content that was discussed in the meeting.

Annuar added that all the 41 MPs in question had declared their loyalty to Umno and none had expressed their wish to jump ship.
