A five-foot-long cobra was rescued from behind a car bonnet parked at a court compound in western India.
On November 20, around 12:00pm, a black car was parked at a court compound in Morbi district, Gujarat, when some people saw a snake slithering towards the car.
Rajesh Patariya, the car owner, alerted a snake rescue team, who searched the car but found nothing. Then one of the snake rescuers named Akbar saw the cobra sticking out from the car bonnet.
The rescue took at least two hours, as footage shows the rescuers eventually dragging out the snake hand-by-hand. The reptile was then released back into the jungle later.
