Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad has questioned the attitude and commitment of absent Members of Parliament (MPs) which resulted in the lack of quorum in the Dewan Rakyat yesterday.

Speaking to reporters after opening the International Social Well-Being Conference 2019 and the launch of Malaysia@Work in Kuala Lumpur on Thursday, the Prime Minister said the MPs were anxious to be election candidates but after being elected, they are not serious about serving the people.
