Eleven crewmembers are missing after their fishing boat caught fire off the coast of Korea's southern island of Jeju.
One was pulled from the sea unconscious and is being transported to the hospital.
Maritime police and the military launched a search operation after a report of a fire 76 kilometers west of Jeju's Chagwido Island…at around 7 a.m., Korea time.
The boat was found with its deck completely burned an hour later,…and it flipped over at around 9:40 a.m.
Waters round the island are currently under a high seas watch, …with two to three meter waves hampering rescue efforts.
Six Koreans and six Vietnamese were reportedly aboard the boat.
