Wore my steel toed work boots to bring my weight up to 240.5lb. I just luv this Pullup variation!! Great ROM getting the back of my neck to touch the Pullup bar each rep. The wrists also get stretched out while the Biceps gets a nice contraction at the top. Finally, these make an old shoulder injury feel better. Praise the Lord for so many rewarding ways to improve ourselves!!
