अयोध्या में रामजन्मभूमि प्रकरण को लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले के बाद उत्तर प्रदेश के विभाजन की मांग एक बार फिर उठने लगी है.अवध राज्य आंदोलन समिति के संयोजक रवींद्र प्रताप सिंह ने सोमवार को यहां पत्रकारों से कहा कि उत्तर प्रदेश के समग्र विकास के लिये यह जरूरी है कि राज्य का बंटवारा पूर्वी और पश्चिमी उत्तर प्रदेश के रूप में हो।
