Express train was waiting for signal at kacheguda railway station and another train MMTS coming from Falaknuma railway station went in wrong direction and ignored signals and collided with express train at kacheguda railway station Hyderabad.

Under investigation it was proved that it's a MMTS train driver loco pilot mistake as he didn't follow the signals.
