The protest organised by Jawaharlal Nehru university Students' Union (JNUSU) over different issues including fee hike, continues outside the university campus. Hundreds of protesting students of Delhi's prestigious Jawaharlal Nehru University clashed with the policemen brought in to control them this afternoon. Policemen in riot gear, completely outnumbered by the students, were seen jostling with the crowd that wanted to meet the vice-chancellor.

दिल्ली में सोमवार को जवाहर लाल नेहरू यूनिवर्सिटी में फीस बढ़ोतरी और ड्रेस कोड के विरोध में 15 दिन से छात्र प्रदर्शन कर रहे हैं। सोमवार को छात्रों के प्रदर्शन को देखते हुए सुबह से ही परिसर में पुलिस मौजूद थी। जेएनयू से लगभग तीन किलोमीटर दूर AICTE का गेट बंद कर दिया गया था। यहां दीक्षांत समारोह हो रहा था, जिसमें उपराष्ट्रपति वेंकैया नायडू और मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्री रमेश पोखरियाल मौजूद थे। यूनिवर्सिटी के अंदर दीक्षांत समारोह चल रहा था जबकि बाहर में छात्रों ने हंगामा मचा रखा था इस दौरान पुलिस के साथ इनकी झड़प भी हुई।
