सर्दी के शुरू होते ही पहाड़ों पर बर्फबारी शुरू हो चुकी है। इस बर्फबारी के बाद कहीं लोगों के चेहरों पर खुशी है तो कहीं मौसम की ये पहली बर्फबारी लोगों के लिए आफत बन गई है। वहीं रोहतांग पास और लाहौल स्पीति में हुई बर्फबारी लोगों के लिए परेशानी का सबब बन रही है।
