The Ayodhya dispute, one of the oldest cases in the country, has come to an end. A constitutional bench of five judges of Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi rejected the claim of the Nirmohi Akhara as well as the Shia Waqf Board. The disputed land has been given to the Ramjanmabhoomi Nyas in Ayodhya. Along with the order to give separate land to the Muslim side, the Supreme Court has issued an order for the government to form a trust.

देश के सबसे पुराने केस में से एक अयोध्या विवाद पर विराम लग गया है। चीफ जस्टिस रंजन गोगोई की अगुवाई में पांच बेंच की संवैधानिक पीठ ने निर्मोही अखाड़े के साथ ही शिया वक्फ बोर्ड के दावे को खारिज कर दिया। अयोध्या में रामजन्मभूमि न्यास को विवादित जमीन दी गई है। मुस्लिम पक्ष को अलग जमीन देने के आदेश के साथ ही सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सरकार को ट्रस्ट बनाने का आदेश जारी किया है। सालों से जारी अयोध्या केस में अब तक कई बार अदालत में सुनवाई हो चुकी है।
