Delicious apple and cream cheese tarts with a touch of cinnamon. Used one of our apples freshly picked.

Recipe:
1 apple
2 eggs
2 packages of cream cheese
Juice of one lemon
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Enough cinnamon sugar to lightly dust the pastries.
Two puff pastry sheets

Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 min.
