Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad has asked Umno president Ahmad Zahid Hamidi to look into the reasons for BN's defeat in the last general election instead of accusing Attorney-General Tommy Thomas of subverting the course of justice.

Mahathir said when 'his boss stole money, he did not blame him at all' and that Zahid should ask himself why they lost in GE14.

Mahathir was asked to comment on Zahid's remarks during a ceramah in Tanjung Piai, Johor, last night that the law has not been applied in a just manner since Thomas' appointment.
