Due to the highly restrictive policies of the Trump administration, the rate of rejection of H-1B visa applications has increased a lot this year compared to 2015. A study conducted by an American think tank has also revealed that H-1B applications of reputed Indian IT companies have been rejected the most. These figures emphasize those allegations in a way that the current administration is unfairly targeting Indian companies.
