Jim Corbett National National Park is located Nainital district of Indian state Uttrakhand. It was established in the year 1936 to protect the endangered Royal Bengal Tigers. It was named Hailey National Park first. Later it was named after Sir Edward James Corbett, for his contribution to save the nearby villagers of Kumayon and Garhwal range. The picturesque nature and landscape of Jim Corbett National Park is truly breathtaking. Corbett park is sheer heaven for wildlife photography

A total of 488 different species of plants have been recorded in the park. Near about 600 indigenous species and migratory birds has been found so far in Corbett.

Me and my three friends visited Jim Corbett in February 2019. The most exiting part of this tour was the Jungle Safari by canter. There are five gates to enter the core area of the forest. We entered through Dhikala main gate. Our destination was Dhikala Tiger Resort.
