Prawn Salad:
Ingredients:
Prawns 6-8
Basil leaves few
Chopped garlic 1 tsp
Cherry tomatoes 2-3
Feta cheese as required
For Marination:
Chili powder 1 tsp
Basil leaves few
Garlic paste ½ tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Lemon zest ½ tsp
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Salt to taste

Method:
Mix marination ingredients and marinate prawns for 20 minutes. Heat 2 tsp olive oil and saute garlic. Then add basil leaves and saute prawns 2-3 minutes till done. Turn off heat adding in cut cherry tomatoes. Set aside. Add in all ingredients , gently mix in and serve chilled.


Cheesy Chicken Bites:

Ingredients for Chicken Bites:
Boneless chicken 500 gm
Eggs 2
Mayonnaise 85 gm
Flour 50 gm
Mozzarella cheese 150 gm
Coriander 1-1/2 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper ¼ tsp

For Garlic Dip:
Mayonnaise 85 gm
Garlic paste ½ tsp
Lemon juice ½ tbsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Black pepper ¼ tsp
Oil for shallow frying
Coriander for garnishing

Method:
In a bowl add all chicken bites ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for 2 hours. For garlic dip add, add mayonnaise, garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, black pepper and mix it well. Keep aside. Heat some oil in a pan; add the marinated chicken and sauté uncovered for 3-4 minutes on the first side, then flip and saute 3 minutes on the second side or until outsides are golden brown and chicken is fully cooked through. Garnish with coriander. Serve with Garlic Dip.
