PNP officer-in-charge (OIC) Lt. Gen. Archie Francisco Gamboa orders the dismissal of Col. Joven De Guzman for his involvement in an "irregular" drug bust operation in Antipolo City in May this year.
De Guzman is also one of the 13 ninja cops in Pampanga.
