South East Asia Cultural Meet begins at Sukapha Samannay Kshetra in Jorhat from Saturday onwards and will continue upto next four days. The cultural meet was inaugurated by Assam Legislative Assembly speaker Hitendra Nath Goswami. Almost 31 artists from foreight countries like China Bangladesh and Thailand participated in the cultural festival.
