Anti-Russian activists in southwest Ukraine demolished a relief depicting a famed Soviet general today (October 31).

In Odessa, representatives of the far-right National Corps party attacked the bas-relief of Soviet Marshal Georgy Zhukov, with footage showing them cutting it from the wall and it smashing on the ground.

Reportedly attempts to deface the monument lasted several hours as it was cut out.
