Crispy Fried Burger:
Ingredients:
Boneless chicken fillet (thigh) 500gm
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
White pepper 1 tsp
Salt as required
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Red chili crushed 1 tbsp
BATTER:
Flour 1 cup
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
White pepper 1 tsp
Chicken powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
For Burger:
Bun as required
Mayonnaise as required
Ice berg as required
Cheese slice as required

METHOD:
Mix chicken with all spices in mixing bowl cook for 2 hour in fridge. Mix all ingredients of batter in a bowl. Mix 2 tbsp of batter in water keeps aside. Coat chicken with dry batter then dip in liquid batter again coat with dry batter fry till golden color comes.
BURGER MAKING:
Apply mayonnaise on base on bun then place ice berg. Keep chicken patty then place cheese slice. Add tomato and ketchup cover with bun, serve.

Smoky Chicken Fillet Burger:
Ingredients:
Boneless chicken fillet (breast) 500gm
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
White pepper 1 tsp
Salt as required
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Red chili crushed 1 tbsp
METHOD:
Mix chicken with all spices keeps in fridge for 2 hours. Grill chicken fillets from both sides in grill pan for 3 minutes.
Ingredients for Smoky Sauce:
Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
Barbecue sauce 1 tsp
Salt as required
Smoky Sauce Method:
Mix all ingredients in bowl.
BURGER MAKING:
Apply smoky sauce on base on bun then place ice berg. Keep chicken fillets then place cheese slice. Add tomato and onion. Apply smoky sauce on second part of bun, cover & serve.

Classic Chicken Burger:
Ingredients:
Chicken minced 500gm
Beef fat 100 gm
Bread slices 2
Green chili paste 1 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Salt as required
White pepper 1 tsp
Chicken powder 1 tsp
PATTY METHOD:
Blend all ingredients with chicken in chopper. Form patty from mixture and keep in fridge for 15 minute. Cook chicken patty from both sides in hot plate or frying pan for 3 minutes.
CLASSIC SAUCE:
Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
Mustard paste 1 tsp
Salt as required
SAUCE METHOD:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
For Burger:
Bun as required
Cheese slice as required
Ice berg as required
Tomato and onion sliced as required


BURGER MAKING:

Apply classic sauce on base on bun then place ice berg. Keep chicken patty then place cheese
